About Make it in Illinois
Make It In Illinois is a statewide initiative created to spotlight and support the incredible makers, manufacturers, and innovators producing right here in our state.
Illinois is home to a dynamic and diverse manufacturing economy, contributing nearly $100 billion annually, and is filled with businesses whose work reflects the very best of what our state has to offer. From handcrafted goods to advanced production, these companies embody the resilience, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit that drive Illinois forward.
As part of this mission, Innovation DuPage has partnered with Make It In Illinois to launch a state-specific initiative that showcases local businesses within the Innovation DuPage member network whose products are proudly made in Illinois. Through this collaboration, we aim to expand visibility, foster new connections, and champion the brands that are shaping the future of Illinois manufacturing.
