As the Director of Equity, Inclusion, Diversity, and Culture, LaCheka ensures TechSoup’s equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts are a fundamental pillar of the organization's cultural development.Prior to joining NGOsource, LaCheka ran her own business consulting company, The Go2 Chic, where she managed operations for multiple businesses and nonprofits. She has held several leadership and fundraising positions in a number of philanthropic campaigns, including the March of Dimes and Leukemia Lymphoma Society.LaCheka enjoys the challenge of working with the hundreds of estimable foundations and thousands of international organizations that NGOsource helps connect every year, while simultaneously championing equity, inclusion, and diversity.
