Bridge training, with 180 hours of hands-on skills-based training with certifications

Upon completion of the Bridge, students can take additional trainings in clean energy fields:

- Energy AuditionHVAC-r

As Illinois transitions to 100% clean energy by 2050, we are providing skilling that alignswith projects that may be infrastructure based. These skills are easily transferrable to otherindustries now, but still applicable to clean energy trades in the short-term future.
YES, you CAN be an Employer Partner! Our students learn construction math anddrawings, hand and power tools, materials handling, and are OSHA10 certified. If you havean entry-level position available, please consider connecting with us at CEJA@cod.edu.
CEJA Aurora Students who complete our Solar Installer program earn the NABCEP PVAssociate certification, but additionally complete 27 contact hours of sales training – ourstudents are ready to be a meaningful asset with some guided training, specific to yourcompany.
