Steven is considered a leading voice on social enterprise in Chicago, having served on former Illinois Governor Pat Quinn's Task Force on Social Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Enterprise, as an instructor on human-centered entrepreneurship at Northwestern University, as well as penning op-eds on ethical business in the Chicago Sun-Times, Crains, and others. His company, Flowers for Dreams, was one of the first 30 B Corps in the state of Illinois.
Ashley Williams Founder & CEO, RIZZARR
Ashley M. Williams is the leading Millennial strategist, spokesperson, consultant, and speaker for brands that want to reach Millennials — helping brands to create the right campaigns, craft the right messages, and produce events that bring brands and Millennials together. She is the founder and CEO of RIZZARR, the social media platform built by Millennials, for the Millennial creator. She is also the founder of Millennials Change, an event series that inspires Change by bringing together Millennials to make endless ripples that have a positive impact on the world. Ashley is passionate about using journalism, social media, and live experiences to inform and empower her generation.

Caroline is a passionate relationship builder and creative strategist committed to helping individuals discover and pursue work that they love. Caroline manages General Assembly Chicago's marketing and partnerships team in an effort to drive local brand awareness and cultivate community. She spearheads planning and execution of over 100 innovative quarterly programs including community events, round-table discussions, corporate trainings, student engagements, and hands-on workshops. She also oversees local partner outreach and a pipeline of over 75 strategic partners. She has built through GA Chicago's monthly Women in Tech Breakfast series, which showcases and connects diverse female-identifying leaders in partnership with local organizations.

Blake Sorensen is the founder of Blake's Seed Based. The company makes Snack Bars made from Seeds + Fruit that are Allergy Friendly (Nut Free, Vegan, Gluten Free). The products are sold online and in 1000+ stores around the country including REI, Hy-Vee, Walmart and Jewel Osco after launching in 2018.
Philip Xiao Co-Founder and CEO, Homi
Philip Xiao is the co-founder and CEO of Homi, the first-ever mobile video career platform. He started on Morgan Stanley’s high-frequency trading desk in Hong Kong, but was inspired to build Homi by the alumni who helped him break into Wall Street. Philip has been featured in Twin Cities Business Top 100 People to Know, the Real Power 50, and Homi was nominated by MinneInno for Startups to Watch in 2020.
