Every startup faces the challenge of developing a marketable product before funds run out. In an era of tight capital markets, lean startup processes can help innovators overcome this problem.

At this workshop, you’ll learn about the three principles of a lean startup model: developing a viable business model, customer intimacy and design agility. Through this model, you’ll learn how to speed up the search for customers, ensure that your product addresses customer needs, reduce time to market and slash development cost.

Join this workshop to learn how to:

  • Implement the lean startup process
  • Understand customer development approaches
  • Create a Lean Startup Canvas — an actionable entrepreneur business plan development tool
  • Understand why and when to pivot
