ABOUT THE FACULTY
Lauren Munroe has more than seven years of experience recruiting for technical positions, with the past five years spent recruiting technical talent in the Chicagoland area.
Meg Nurre has been recruiting for six years across a variety of roles and industries. Over the past two and a half years at Inspire11 she's recruited across all tech consulting roles and most recently has focused on recruiting for the data and analytics team. She has also taken the lead on determining our recruitment process and training the team on interviewing. She looks forward to sharing her experience hiring great technical talent!
Michael Hyzy is a consultant, product manager and designer with a passion for creating technology that brings a sustainable impact on business outcomes. His focus is on human-centered design, behavioral economic research and agile software development to produce measurable results. For over 10 years, he’s worked in management as well as consulted on startups. Mike developed two businesses which focused on food and nutrition. Mike has a B.A. in economics and studied graphic design, video production and software development. He is currently on the board of Social Enterprise Alliance Chicago and has served on various committees for the American Heart Association.
